Japanese Knotweed. Sometimes called Wild Red Asparagus. It is a member of the buckwheat family and has a hollow stem. Tastes like rhubarb to some.
Garlic ramps, ramps, or wild leeks - all various names for this delicious plant that makes a great leek soup or is delicious stir-fried.
