Tuesday, November 7:  George Schenk of American Flatbread on the 100-Mile Thanksgiving

Can you prepare a totally local Thanksgiving this year without compromising one of our favorite meals of the year?  We think you can.  Thanksgiving is all about the fall bounty - turkey, squash, potatoes, root vegetables, cranberries.  The Mad River Valley Localvore Project has a suggested menu that also includes local sources for getting all of the necessary ingredients.  And, this year, for the first time ever, we will have a Thanksgiving Farmer's Market right here in the Mad River Valley.  Click here to find out what the farmers will be bringing to the market.
