Beth Mullin, farm intern at Three Shephards Cheese/AgInnovations
Beth is going to be a senior at
Sterling College
in Craftsbury this fall. She is majoring in Sustainable
Agriculture and hope someday to own her own farm. Over the past
two summers she interned on vegetable farms in Vermont and Massachusetts
and this summer decided to work in a different farm setting learning how
to make artisan cheese and helping manage the Faillace's new vineyard on
Roth Road. Beth is an impressive young woman and gives me great
hope for the future!
